Refund & Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds or returns.  All our books are created uniquely for the child to be the hero. We do request that you check all the information before, you press submit, if you are unsure about anything you have ordered, delete the product from the shopping cart and start again.

If an item is lost in the post, unless special delivery has been requested, Super Personalised Books are not liable to pay a refund.  However, in these circumstances, a replacement book can be sent out free of charge, however you would pay the shipping cost.
